4th dec' 09 - amazing race.

there's far too many photos to upload so ill just do a brief summary of the whole thing. it was quite a long wait for the kids from jurong and woodlands to drop by, they got lost at CCK. so the tamp kids had whacko and heart attack.

started off with a mass ping pong and they sprinted everywhere after it. they are really adorable. you watch teams go lost all over at pasir ris park, you see kids perspiring and whining and asking for lunch when its still early, you see kids getting themselves entangled and pestering the facs for their next clues. the most impt thing is you see the smiles on their faces and its priceless.

but the weather wasnt on all side, rain fell and the kids were all cramping in the pavillions and entertaining themselves with earthworms. the last thing that happened was an impromptu mass scavenger hunt because the rain didn cease. the pavillion was havoc, it was really crazy. the kids were screaming at the top of their lungs but it was real fun, and the way they did the chicken dance was uber cute.

and eunice's real real grateful to all the facilitators and station masters who came down and help out in the events, without them, none of this would be possible, it'll not be a success.
they sacrificed their precious time, their everything to entertain the kids, to make them enjoy this whole event and yeah, bearing with eunice's craziness and nonsenses, coming down for dry-runs and briefing.

special thanks to darryl who pratically did the whole admin and paper work for me, typing and arranging, and preparing and yeah, mass texts. really appreciated.

to irzma, who went beyond and got himself all wet just because the girl was tired and he piggybank her all the way to the final station.

for everything and everything, eunice says a BIG BIG THANK YOU. you guys have been great! compliments have been coming in one after another; you guys are really awesome.

and to everyone else who has helped in one way or another, i know ive texted, still, thank you.

if anyone watched the charity performance just now at 730pm, you would have known this sweet little thing.

abandoned by her parents and born blind, at the age of 6, she is an amazing painist, a child prodigy. together with liang wen ying, they created an incredibly beautiful piece of you raise me up. her voice's enough to make you turn all your attention to her.

she's such a dear, such a beautiful little child.
and she's holding on to the greatest dream of her life, despite all odds. so what's there for us, human beings, healthy and fit to complain, to whine about?
